Mobile Messaging Program

SMS Terms & Conditions

Terms governing text and multimedia messages sent by Save Our Homes & Neighborhood PC.

Effective Date: September 2, 2026

These SMS Terms & Conditions explain how Save Our Homes & Neighborhood PC uses text messaging for political outreach, voter engagement, advocacy, election information, campaign updates, and related communications.

1. Program Description

Save Our Homes & Neighborhood PC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”). Subscribers may receive recurring political, advocacy, civic engagement, and informational SMS or MMS messages from us.

Messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Campaign and advocacy updates
  • Election reminders
  • Early voting and vote-by-mail information
  • Voter outreach communications
  • Polling or survey requests
  • Volunteer opportunities
  • Event notifications
  • Public policy and civic engagement alerts
  • Donation solicitations

2. Opt-In Consent

You may opt in through the publicly accessible Stay Connected form at https://saveourhomes.online/. The mobile phone field is optional. To enroll in the Program, you must provide a mobile number and affirmatively select the separate SMS consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form.

Selecting the SMS consent checkbox means you agree to receive recurring political and informational SMS/MMS messages from Save Our Homes & Neighborhood PC, including campaign and advocacy updates, election reminders, voting information, public policy alerts, volunteer opportunities, event invitations, fundraising messages, and civic engagement communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

You may submit the form and receive email updates without providing a mobile number or selecting the SMS consent checkbox. Providing a mobile number without selecting the checkbox does not enroll that number in the Program.

Consent is not a condition of making a donation, volunteering, signing up for email updates, purchasing anything, or participating in any activity.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on election dates, campaign or advocacy activity, public policy developments, user interaction, and outreach needs.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile service plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.

After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming your removal from the Program. After that, no further Program messages will be sent to that number unless you subsequently opt in again.

6. Help Instructions

For assistance, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You may also contact Save Our Homes & Neighborhood PC using the contact information published on our website.

7. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers may vary and may include major U.S. wireless carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Metro by T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and other participating carriers.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, blocked, filtered, or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network availability.

9. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

By participating in the Program, you represent that you are the authorized user or subscriber of the mobile number provided, or that you have permission from the account holder to enroll the number in the Program.

If your mobile number changes, is reassigned, or is deactivated, you should opt out or otherwise notify us so that the number can be removed from the Program.

10. Privacy

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that support delivery of the Program and are prohibited from using that information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer mobile information or text messaging opt-in data for third-party marketing or promotional use.

11. Disclaimer of Liability

The Program is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Save Our Homes & Neighborhood PC is not responsible for delayed, failed, blocked, filtered, misdirected, or undelivered messages, interruptions in service, carrier actions, network failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, relating to the availability, operation, or delivery of the Program.

12. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, subject to applicable law. We may also update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
